Things to do when something goes out of plan!!!!!

Life can never be smooth because it’s not one of its principles….

And so for that we should master the ways with which we can manage when situations go down…

I’m here to help you so let’s come with me and see what those ways are!!!!

  1. Meditation: Meditation is known to be the solution for most of the problems… just for a time it takes you apart from the whole world’s worries and when you open your eyes you breathe with a new hope in you.. Try to meditate in your difficult times and you will be there enjoying the days…
  2. Write down the feelings: This is the one thing i always prefer and this is really a stress reliever exercise for me. When you write down what’s going into your mind you make your mind believe that now as you have shared those things with paper so you don’t have to keep them in your mind anymore and then this keeps you free.
  3. Talk to you in the mirror: Yes, people see it as an abnormal activity but in my opinion it’s absolutely normal and this is what I do when I don’t get anyone to share my things with.

If you believe in yourself you truly enjoy talking to yourself and this seems so supporting in tough situations.

  1. Talk to someone who is close to you: This is bit same as the previous one but the person you should speak to is the someone you feel yourself close with..

This way that person can give you better advice and if you feel it right adopt that and may this solve your problem in some way.

  1. Keep silence for at least 10 minutes: you can only get the clarity of something when you become peaceful. You need to be quite for at least 10 minutes no matter how much you have to say just be quiet and you will see the situation start getting calm just in those minutes.
  2. Take a nap: Sleeping helps in solving problems as during that time you are somewhat away from the stress zone and your mind can take a break from worries… so when after sometime you get back to it you can rethink it with a fresh mind and fresh mind always present achievable ideas.
  3. Walk in an open area: This one is really practical as this is related to diverging of your mind into something else and that’s too so healthy. This one proves to be helpful if you do it in fresh air because fresh air always has the energy to convert the thoughts into something beautiful.
  4. Eat something you love: Giving your taste buds different tastes is a beautiful and simple way to make your mind go into different directions and think something different so the next time something happens like this try to make dishes yourself and taste them. Be it new experiment!
  5. Remember almighty: When nothing goes your way, lead your feet into almighty’s path and everything just as it is will look sweet and great as we say everything happens for a reason!
