We are now much more than we were before.

Have you ever felt that you are not the same person you were last year?

We all experience this feeling. At some point we all realize how much the circumstances have changed us. When we face any hardship, we learn from it and it helps us evolve our understanding. We don’t remain the same person anymore as we become someone more than that.

Hardships also leave some negative outcomes as well for example if you have failed in something, either you learn from it or you have this fear of failing again in future. It can push you toward self-doubt and you are most likely to hold yourself back from the further opportunities.

Time brings both positive and negative changes for us and eventually we realize it’s for our own good. It signifies learning from experiences and moving forward. You won’t rise unless you fall.

Before thinking about positive and negative aspects of evolving our understanding we must first learn to accept that it’s a part of our life. We can never be the same person forever. There will be a lot of challenges to overcome and that will teach you something to carry along to help you overcome your further challenges.

We all have people around us who say, “you are changed, you aren’t the same person you were before”. Even we also feel that some people around us aren’t the ones they were before. Well this is true, and everyone is evolving, their understanding of life is evolving. We are what we go through and how we respond to that with different mindsets.

Let’s be more open to this fact and normalize that we are always learning and shaping ourselves according to what life offers. Its our mindset that defines whether we turn that opportunity into positive or negative experience.

Let’s be proud of ourselves for being evolved and thank god that we aren’t the same person anymore. We are now much more than that.
