straight and simple logic behind our daily anger.

Straight and simple logic behind our anger.

We all like to plan the things according us most probably the way we feel more comfortable about. And many times we succeed and credit goes to our devotion towards particular task.

But again if I say something somewhere goes out of plan accidently [no finger at your devotion] and now you fail to complete the task.

You must be thinking that I’m such a pessimist but let’s learn to be practical about life. [Pessimists are considered to be often correct]

If it goes out of plan especially when you have so much expectation from it, what will you most likely to do?

There are various types of people:

  • One who gets depressed
  • Those who get angry

Presently we are here to find out the reason behind that anger in our minds, in our voices, and in our behaviours.

You must be wondering that I have already said that our inability to do the task makes us angry but I feel there’s a need to dig deeper in our thoughts.

It’s always suggested to have fewer expectations and most of the times we just read the written lines than factually thinking about them.

And we see most of the people putting the stories to their social media which usually says “fewer expectations are the way to happiness.”

But again our brainy mind asks “how? How does it affect us and why we need to practice it?”

We actually need a big reason to implement this because obviously it comes under the list of our most uncomfortable tasks and we people who love to live in our comfort zone can’t easily go for such a daring thing.

We need reason and that is too very badly.

Time to be practical:

When we plan something, its human nature to imagine how it goes and we people rather than thinking about real things we think happening it all perfectly and smoothly. Sometimes it happens when we feel too much confident about our ways.

And then we enter into that tough phase where we expect the thing to work smoothly and unfortunately there comes a hurdle and the next moment we get fail in your own plan.

We feel peace inside us taking a big turn and causing our mind to get angry because suddenly everything goes out of   plan or I say out of our expectations.

During that moment the picture in our reality doesn’t matches with the picture we imagined in our heads.

This is the reason we get angry over our failure or setbacks.

And let me tell you there is a really easy way to get out of this situation.

We just need to take our time alone and realize the cause of our anger.

Then we need to match the both picture one we had in our head and the one which is now in front of us.

This realization will put us in a position to mould both ends to bring them closer together. And we will ultimately feel relived from our enemy commonly known as anger.

If you are brave enough to bring the changes in your life then learn to take control over the anger. This can help us in a long way. And don’t feel uncomfortable while starting. We all must feel excited that we can do something for us.
